INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack round fish cakes
- 7-8 frank sausages
- 🥚 1 pack peeled quail eggs
- 2 green chili peppers
Seasonings
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Soak peeled quail eggs in cold water.
Rinse fish cakes with hot water to remove impurities and grease.
Cut fish cakes into halves and sausages into 1 cm pieces.
Slice green chili peppers in half.
Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and sugar in a pot. Add 2 cups of water.
Add quail eggs to the pot and cook on high heat for 5 minutes until they absorb the soy sauce color.
Add chili peppers and cooking wine to the pot.
Add fish cakes and sausages to the pot. Stir well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Finish by adding sesame seeds and sesame oil. Mix well and turn off the heat.
