INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Liquid
- 💧 4 cups water

Heat a pot over medium heat and add diced potatoes and chopped onions.
