INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 100g spam
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 green chilies
- a small amount of red chili
- 🧄 8 cloves garlic
- 🧂 0.3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- a small amount of sesame oil
- a small amount of black pepper
- a small amount of sesame seeds
PASSI
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Cut the spam into similar-sized pieces.
Slice the onion and garlic thinly. Chop the green chilies and red chili into small pieces.
Boil 2 cups of water in a pot. Add 0.3 tsp salt and the diced potatoes. Boil for 2 minutes, then drain and let cool.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan. Fry the spam and garlic until golden brown.
Add the onion to the pan and sauté until it becomes translucent.
Add the boiled potatoes to the pan. Mix in 6 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp cooking wine, stirring until the potatoes absorb the seasoning.
Add 2 tbsp corn syrup to the pan and mix well. Finish by adding sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Stir to combine.
