- 300g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥕 1 carrot
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
PASSI
Check all ingredients to ensure nothing is missing.
Slice the onion thinly, and cut the carrot and potatoes into large chunks.
Season the pork shoulder with salt and black pepper.
Mix curry powder with a small amount of water to create a paste.
Heat a pan and cook the pork shoulder until it releases oil.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and cook with the pork until the onion softens.
Pour 2 cups of water into the pan and bring to a boil.
Add the potatoes and carrots, then simmer on medium heat until the potatoes are tender.
Add the curry paste, stir well, and cook for another 3–5 minutes.
