INGREDIENTI
Essential Ingredients
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 1 cup kimchi
- 🧅 1 medium onion
Optional Ingredients
- 2 green chilies
Seasoning Sauce
- 3 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp red chili paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 pinch black pepper
PASSI
Soak pork ribs in cold water for 2 hours to remove blood.
Boil the pork ribs briefly and rinse under cold water to remove any residue.
Cut the ribs into individual pieces using kitchen scissors.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing red chili powder, red chili paste, minced garlic, sugar, cooking wine, plum extract, and black pepper.
Layer sliced onion at the bottom of a pot.
Place the pork ribs on top of the onion layer.
Spread the prepared seasoning sauce over the ribs.
Add a generous amount of kimchi on top of the ribs.
Top with green chilies and pour water until the ingredients are partially submerged.
Simmer until the stew is bubbling and the ribs are tender.
