INGREDIENTI
- Meat - 2 slices pork shoulder
 
- Vegetables - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 
- Sauce - 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- A pinch of black pepper
 
PASSI
Mix oyster sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, rice wine, and black pepper to create the sauce.
Slice onion and bell peppers into appropriate sizes.
Season pork shoulder with salt and pepper, then cut into suitable pieces and pan-fry in a skillet.
Once the pork loses its pink color, add onion and bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry.
Add the prepared sauce and green onion to the skillet and mix well.
Cook until the pork is fully done and the sauce is well incorporated. Serve hot.
