INGREDIENTI
- Meat - 100g sliced pork
 
- Vegetables - 🎃 150g pumpkin, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 
- Spices - 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Liquids - 🥛 300cc unsweetened soy milk
- 💧 200cc water
 
- Seasonings - 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
 
- Oil - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
PASSI
Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, slice it into 5mm thick pieces, and cut into quarters. Slice the onion into 5mm thick pieces.
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add pumpkin and onion, stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add curry powder and mix until well combined.
Add the seasoning mixture (water, ginger, consomme, salt, and pepper), bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 6-8 minutes until the pumpkin softens.
Remove the lid, add soy milk, mix, and heat until warmed through. Turn off the heat.
