- 🐖 100g ground pork
- 🧀 70g shredded cheese
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
Wrapper and Cooking
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 14 dumpling wrappers
- 🌿 1 tsp chopped parsley
PASSI
Mix ground pork, cheese, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl until well combined.
Place a small amount of filling onto a dumpling wrapper, fold it in half, seal the edges with water, and press with a fork to close.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the dumplings, cook until the surface is golden, then add a splash of water and cover to steam.
Once the wrappers are cooked, uncover and pan-fry both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle parsley before serving.
