  • Rice

    • 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • Egg

    • 🥚 3 eggs
  • Sauce

    • 🥕 1 medium carrot, diced
    • 🧅 1/2 medium onion, diced
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧈 30g butter
    • 🍅 200ml ketchup
    • 🥩 150g minced beef
    • 2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
    • A pinch of pepper
  • Toppings

    • An adequate amount of tonkatsu sauce

Dice the carrot and onion. Prepare minced garlic, butter, ketchup, minced beef, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.

Heat a pan on medium heat and melt 30g of butter. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add 150g minced beef and a pinch of pepper to the pan. Cook until the beef is browned.

Add 2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce and 200ml ketchup to the pan. Stir well to combine.

Add diced onion and carrot to the sauce. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Prepare the rice by mixing 1 bowl of cooked rice with 2-3 tbsp of the prepared sauce. Stir-fry on medium heat.

Plate the rice and prepare the omelette. Beat 3 eggs and pour into a hot pan with oil. Scramble lightly and cook until semi-set.

Place the omelette over the rice and drizzle tonkatsu sauce on top.
