Cut the mini pumpkin into suitable pieces, cover with a lid, and steam for 10 minutes.
Peel the steamed pumpkin and transfer it to a bowl.
Mash the pumpkin roughly with a fork.
Separate the egg yolk and egg white, removing the white strands from the egg white.

Mix the mashed pumpkin with the egg yolk and honey.
