INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 10 leaves napa cabbage
 - 1 stalk green onion
 - 🧅 1/3 onion
 - 2 chili peppers
 
Seasoning
- 1 pot anchovy stock
 - 2.5 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
 - 1 tbsp red pepper powder
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
PASSI
Prepare all the ingredients by washing and chopping them as needed.
Mix 2.5 tbsp of soybean paste into a pot of anchovy stock.
Bring the stock to a boil and add napa cabbage and onion.
Add 1 tbsp each of red pepper powder, minced garlic, and soy sauce to the pot.
Once the onion turns translucent, add green onion and chili peppers.
Let the soup simmer for a few minutes and serve hot.
