INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 8 dumplings
- 1 sausage
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1/4 portion kimchi
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red chili
- 350ml beef broth
- 5 cups anchovy stock
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch pepper
PASSI
Prepare all ingredients by slicing them into appropriate sizes.
Mix the seasoning ingredients into a sauce and let the chili powder soak.
Place kimchi in the center of a hot pot and arrange dumplings, onion, and sausage around it.
Pour beef broth and anchovy stock into the pot, then add the seasoning sauce, green onion, and red chili.
Bring the pot to a boil on high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and stir the seasoning sauce into the broth.
When the ingredients are almost cooked, add a handful of green onion and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.
Serve the hot pot while it's still bubbling for the best experience.
