    • 2.5 liters water
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 cup rice wine
    • 3 tbsp chicken stock
    • 7 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
