INGREDIENTI
Pork Cutlet Ingredients
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 🍖 4 pork loin slices
- 🌾 1 cup flour
- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 🥬 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
Sauce Ingredients
- 🌾 2 tbsp flour
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 💧 3 tbsp water
PASSI
Prepare all ingredients and shred the cabbage finely.
Cut pork loin into appropriate sizes and flatten with a meat mallet.
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Coat the pork in flour, dip in beaten egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, and water in the given ratio.
In a pan, melt butter and mix with flour to create a roux.
Add the prepared sauce mixture to the roux and simmer until thickened.
Fry the pork cutlets in oil heated to 180°C until golden brown.
Plate the pork cutlet with shredded cabbage and steamed rice.
