INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bunch lettuce
- 1 bunch assorted wrap vegetables
- 🧅 3 green onions
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Chop the lettuce and wrap vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp fish sauce, and 1 tbsp soy sauce to the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp plum extract and mix gently.
Slice 3 green onions and add them to the bowl along with 2 tbsp chili powder.
Drizzle 1 tbsp perilla oil and gently toss the salad.
Sprinkle 1 tsp sesame seeds on top before serving.
