- 10 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 Enough water to submerge potatoes
- 2 rounds of oil in the pan
Seasonings

- 🌰 Sprinkle of sesame seeds

PASSI
Cut the 8 potatoes into 12 pieces each.
Soak the potato pieces in water for 10 minutes to remove starch.
Heat a pan and add 2 rounds of oil.
Add 10 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn syrup, and enough water to submerge the potatoes.
Cook the potatoes on high heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Cook until the water has evaporated and the potatoes are tender but not falling apart.
Add chopped green onion leaves, a dash of black pepper, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Gently stir to combine and serve.
