- 1/2 block konjac
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- A dash of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion
PASSI
Cut the potatoes, konjac, and onion into similar-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pan, add konjac, blanch it, and rinse with cold water.
Heat a frying pan, add oil, and sauté the potatoes on low heat for about 7 minutes.
Flip the potatoes gently as they start to cook on the surface.
Add garlic and konjac to the pan.
Add the onion and mix well.
Pour in soy sauce and corn syrup, mixing thoroughly.
Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve the dish once the sauce is absorbed and the ingredients are tender.
