- 150g konjac
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- 💧 400ml water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 piece kombu, 5cm size
PASSI
Prepare the ingredients: slice the king oyster mushrooms vertically, then dice into 8 pieces.
Combine soy sauce, water, mirin, and sugar in a pot.
Add konjac to the pot and bring to a boil.
Add the mushrooms and kombu to the pot and simmer.
Reduce the liquid until it becomes a glaze, then serve.
