- 1/3 yellow paprika, chopped

- 8 parts chili sauce
- 2 parts ketchup
- Tempura flour as needed
- Radish sprouts for garnish

Chop the red paprika, yellow paprika, and onion finely.
Wash the cocktail shrimps thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Coat the shrimps in tempura flour, dip in tempura batter, and deep-fry them in hot oil.
