INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 600g pork
- 🥬 600g kimchi
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of pepper
PASSI
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Adjust sweetness slightly for balance.
Add 1 tbsp sugar to the kimchi and let it sit for 10 minutes to reduce sourness.
Combine pork, seasoned kimchi, and sliced onion in a bowl.
Optionally add chopped green chili peppers for extra spice.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil generously.
Add all ingredients to the pan and stir-fry until well cooked.
Add a bit of water and cook until the liquid reduces. Garnish with green onion and chili peppers.
