    • 🥩 80g bulgogi beef

    • 5 pieces dried chili (peperoncino)
    • 🧀 A pinch of parmesan cheese powder
    • A pinch of parsley powder
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar

Slice the green onion into thin strips (0.3cm).

Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar.

Boil the spaghetti noodles for 7–8 minutes and drain. If using fresh noodles, boil for 2 minutes 30 seconds and rinse with cold water.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and sliced green onion to make scallion oil.

Add bulgogi beef to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat. Break dried chili in half and add to the pan.

Add the cooked pasta, seasoning sauce, and pasta water to the pan. Stir and mix well while frying.

Plate the pasta and beef, then sprinkle parmesan cheese powder and parsley powder on top.
