- 🥔 3-5 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 5 tbsp glutinous rice flour
- Seaweed, cut into squares
Seasoning
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey or sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt

PASSI
Prepare all ingredients by peeling and dicing the potatoes, cutting seaweed into squares, and mixing the soy sauce, water, and honey or sugar for the sauce.
Boil the diced potatoes with a pinch of salt for about 10 minutes until soft.
Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
Add glutinous rice flour to the mashed potatoes and knead until well combined.
Shape the mixture into round, flat discs. Aim for a uniform size.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the potato discs until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the prepared soy sauce mixture into the pan and simmer the discs on low heat, flipping occasionally until the sauce is absorbed.
