INGREDIENTI
- Seafood - 🍤 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
 
- Vegetables - 🥦 200g broccoli, cut into florets
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
 
- Fruit - 🍊 1 orange, peeled and segmented
 
- Dairy - 🧀 1 ball mozzarella cheese, torn
 
- Condiments - 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
 
- Liquids - 3 tbsp water
 
PASSI
Cut broccoli into small florets. Crush garlic and peel orange, segmenting the flesh.
Peel and devein shrimp, removing the shells and veins.
Heat garlic and olive oil in a pan until fragrant. Add shrimp and broccoli, stir-fry until shrimp changes color. Add water, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.
Add orange segments and torn mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper, then mix everything together.
