INGREDIENTI

- 4 fish cakes
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 - 1/2 green onion, chopped
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tsp sesame seeds
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 2 tbsp corn syrup
 - 💧 2/3 cup water
 - 1 pinch black pepper
 
PASSI
Cut the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion, and chop the green onion.
Prepare the seasoning mix by combining red pepper flakes, soy sauce, mirin, corn syrup, black pepper, and water.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the green onion, onion, and minced garlic for about 2 minutes.
Add the fish cakes to the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour the prepared seasoning mix into the pan and increase the heat to high. Simmer until the sauce is absorbed and coats the fish cakes evenly.
Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and drizzling sesame oil over the dish.
