INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A small amount of parsley
- 2 chili peppers, chopped
Meat
- 🥓 2 strips of bacon
Dairy
- 🧀 30g mozzarella cheese
- 🧀 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Condiments
- 🍅 2 cups tomato sauce
- 💧 50ml water
- 🧂 To taste black pepper
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Oil
- 1 tbsp oil
PASSI
Dice all ingredients into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add bell pepper and bacon, and cook until golden brown.
Season with black pepper to taste.
Add tomato sauce and water, then simmer until slightly thickened.
Crack eggs into the sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover the pan and cook until eggs are soft-boiled.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley before serving.
