INGREDIENTI

- 🍆 1 eggplant
- 2 strips bacon
- 1 minced green chili
- 1 minced red chili
- 🧀 100g mozzarella cheese
- 🥚 1 egg
- A small amount of cooking oil
- 3 tbsp tempura flour
- A small amount of parsley

- 1 tsp soy sauce
- A small amount of pepper

PASSI
Trim the ends of the eggplant, cut it in half, and slice it into thin strips.
Sprinkle fine salt on the eggplant and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Cut the bacon in half and slice it into thin strips.
Squeeze the salted eggplant to remove excess water, then coat it evenly with tempura flour. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
