INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice
 - 🥒 3-4 cm sliced zucchini
 - 🌽 2 tbsp sweet corn
 - 100g diced ham
 - 🥚 4 eggs
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
 - 🍄 100g diced mushrooms
 
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
 - A pinch of black pepper
 - 3 tbsp cooking oil
 
PASSI
Prepare all ingredients: dice zucchini, onion, ham, mushrooms, and mince garlic.
Heat cooking oil in a wok and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add diced vegetables (zucchini, onion, mushrooms) and stir-fry until softened.
Add sweet corn and diced ham, then season with black pepper. Stir-fry until ham is cooked through.
Add cooked rice and oyster sauce, then stir-fry until evenly mixed and heated through.
In a separate pan, whisk 2 eggs and cook into a thin omelet. Place stir-fried rice onto the omelet.
Fold the omelet over the rice and transfer to a plate.
Decorate with ketchup and serve warm.
