- 4g dried pollack
Broth
- 5g pollack head
- 1g kombu
- 🍄 1g shiitake mushroom
- 🧅 1g green onion
- 💧 250g water
Seasoning
- 1g sesame oil
- 🧄 1g minced garlic
- 2g low-sodium soy sauce
PASSI
Boil water with broth ingredients to make the stock.
Strain the boiled stock using a sieve.
Soak dried seaweed and dried pollack in water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the seaweed and pollack.
Add the stock to the pot and bring to a boil.
Season with minced garlic and low-sodium soy sauce, then finish cooking.
