- 🍝 1 serving spaghetti noodles
- 🍄 2 sliced button mushrooms
- 🧅 1/6 cup julienned onion
- 🥛 2 cups milk
- 🧀 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 🥓 2 strips bacon
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Blend milk, doenjang, and Parmesan cheese to create the sauce.
Boil spaghetti noodles for 7 minutes in salted water.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and bacon.
Add onion and mushrooms to the pan and continue sautéing. Pour in the blended sauce and heavy cream, then simmer.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix well. Season with black pepper before serving.
