INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 150g glass noodles
- 3 sheets of seaweed for rolls
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 🧅 Adequate amount of chopped scallions
- Adequate amount of soy sauce
- 🧂 Adequate amount of salt
- Adequate amount of pepper
Batter
- Adequate amount of frying mix or batter mix
PASSI
Soak glass noodles in water for 10 minutes and cut them into manageable lengths.
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 8–10 minutes, adding 1 tbsp soy sauce for flavor.
Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water and drain them thoroughly.
Stir-fry the noodles with chopped chili and scallions in a pan with oil. Season with soy sauce and salt.
Add a final touch of pepper while stir-frying to enhance the flavor.
Cut the seaweed sheets into quarters and wrap the stir-fried noodles tightly into rolls.
Prepare the batter by mixing frying mix or batter mix with water in a small bowl.
Heat oil to 160–170°C in a frying pan.
Dip the rolls in batter and fry them until the outer coating is golden and crispy.
Drain the fried rolls on a wire rack to remove excess oil.
