INGREDIENTI
- Vegetables - 150g Korean chives
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
 
- Seasonings - 1 cup soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 🌰 1/2 cup ground sesame seeds
 
PASSI
Clean the Korean chives by removing any black dirt near the roots and trimming wilted leaves. Wash gently.
Press the round root part of the chives with a bowl to slightly crush them, then chop them into small pieces.
Finely chop the red chili.
Combine soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, corn syrup, and red pepper powder in a mixing bowl.
Grind sesame seeds into a fine powder and add to the mixture along with perilla oil, chopped chives, and red chili.
Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove from the microwave, stir again, and serve. Your flavorful Dalrae Soy Sauce is ready!
