- 20-30 pieces tteokbokki rice cakes
- 1-2 sheets fish cake
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/3 onion, sliced
- 1/4 bell pepper, diced
- 💧 3-4 cups water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🥛 1/2 cup milk
Sauce Ingredients
- 5 tbsp curry powder
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Rinse the tteokbokki rice cakes in water and set aside.
Slice the fish cake, shiitake mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing curry powder, oligo syrup, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the rice cakes, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and fish cake.
Add 3-4 cups of water to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add the prepared sauce to the boiling mixture and stir well.
Simmer on medium-low heat for 7 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of milk.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes, sprinkle black pepper, and serve.
