INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tbsp salt
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp canola oil
PASSI
Slice all ingredients thinly: potatoes, onions, and carrots.
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of canola oil. Stir-fry onions first until translucent.
Add potatoes and stir-fry until partially cooked, then add carrots.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp curry powder and mix well for even coloring. Add 1/4 tbsp salt to season.
