- 🧅 1 onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce

If you don't have anchovy sauce, add an extra 1/2 tbsp of salt.
In a large mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, chili powder, and anchovy sauce to create the dressing.
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds. Slice the onion finely.
Add the sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl with the dressing and mix well.
