INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1 green chili
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Prepare the ingredients: slice 2 cucumbers and 1/4 onion into bite-sized pieces.
Slice 1 green chili into small pieces.
Mix 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp vinegar in a bowl.
Sprinkle salt over the cucumber slices and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse the cucumbers with water and drain thoroughly.
Combine cucumbers, onion slices, and green chili in a mixing bowl.
Pour the prepared seasoning mixture over the vegetables and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and mix again.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
