    • 1 handful dried seaweed
    • 🥒 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • Sliced bell pepper, as needed
  • Seasonings

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 3 tbsp plum syrup
    • 🍋 A dash of lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • Sprinkle of sesame seeds

Soak the dried seaweed in water until softened, then rinse and squeeze out excess water.

Peel the cucumber with a peeler and slice it into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the onion and bell pepper, then add them to a mixing bowl along with the cucumber and seaweed.

Add all the seasonings (soy sauce, vinegar, plum syrup, lemon juice, corn syrup, minced garlic, and sesame seeds) to the bowl.

Mix everything well by hand until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
