- 160g crab sticks
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Broth Ingredients
- 1 handful dried anchovies
- 💧 1500ml water
Seasoning
- Shrimp sauce to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
PASSI
Add 1500ml water and 1 handful of dried anchovies to a pot and simmer to make broth.
While the broth is simmering, crack 5 eggs into a bowl, shred 160g crab sticks, and add 1/2 tsp salt.
Whisk the eggs thoroughly to combine.
Slice 1 stalk of green onion and set aside.
Pour the prepared egg mixture into the simmering broth and add the sliced green onions.
Season the soup with shrimp sauce to taste.
Keep an eye on the soup to prevent it from boiling over, then serve.
