- 🦀 5-6 pieces of imitation crab meat
- 🥚 1 egg

- 1 cube of chicken stock
- 💧 600ml water
- Cornstarch mixed with water
PASSI
Prepare all the ingredients.
Shred the imitation crab meat into small pieces.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Mix a small amount of cornstarch with water to prepare cornstarch slurry.
Pour water into a pot and add the chicken stock cube. Bring to a boil.
Add the shredded crab meat to the boiling broth.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot while stirring quickly.
