INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥓 70g block bacon
 
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
 
Vegetables
- 🌽 150g corn (1/2 cob)
 
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic
 - Sliced chili to taste
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 
PASSI
Cut the corn into thirds lengthwise, then quarter each piece vertically. Halve the garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Slice the block bacon into 1cm-wide strips, then cut each strip into 1cm cubes. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt to a pot and heat over low heat. Once fragrant, add the bacon, octopus, and corn. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
