    • 1 handful dried pollack
    • 2 handfuls bean sprouts
    • 🥚 2 eggs

    • 🧅 5 tbsp chopped green onion
    • 🧄 2/3 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • A pinch of black pepper

    • 500 ml anchovy kelp broth
    • 500 ml water

Prepare 500 ml of anchovy kelp broth by boiling anchovies and kelp. Mix it with 500 ml of water for later use.

Rinse the dried pollack under running water briefly and cut it into smaller pieces using scissors. Place it in a pot and let it soak while preparing other ingredients.

Clean the bean sprouts by removing any spoiled parts and rinse them 2-3 times under running water. Drain them in a colander.

Beat 2 eggs and prepare 5 tbsp of chopped green onion.

In the pot with soaked pollack, add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and stir-fry on medium heat for about 10 seconds. Then add the prepared broth and water mixture. Bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the cleaned bean sprouts to the pot and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Then add 2/3 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and a pinch of black pepper.

Finally, add the chopped green onion and beaten eggs to the pot. Cook for 1 more minute and remove from heat.
