INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🦪 200g oysters
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 🥔 100g radish
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
- 💧 4 cups water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🦐 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste
Salt Water Ingredients
- 💧 3 cups water
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
PASSI
Slice radish into thin pieces, cut tofu into bite-sized cubes, slice shiitake mushrooms, and diagonally cut green onion and chilies.
Wash oysters in salted water by gently shaking them, then drain using a sieve.
In a pot, add water, radish, and shiitake mushrooms. Boil on high heat.
Once boiling, add oysters and seasoning ingredients.
When oysters are cooked, add green onion, chilies, and tofu. Simmer briefly and serve.
