- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
Seafood
- 🐚 150g clams
Broth
- 1.5L anchovy kelp stock

- 3 tbsp miso paste
PASSI
Blanch the spinach in boiling water with 0.5 tsp salt. Remove once softened and rinse under cold water.
Bring the anchovy kelp stock to a boil and dissolve the miso paste. Adjust the amount of miso to taste.
Add the spinach and cleaned clams to the boiling stock. Let it boil briefly.
Add chopped green onion and immediately turn off the heat.
