    • 6-8 dried anchovies or sand lance
    • 5 sheets of dried kelp
    • 1 handful of dried shrimp
    • 💧 1700ml water

Boil the knife-cut noodles in separate water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Add vegetables to the broth and simmer until tender. Then add clams and noodles.
