- Vegetables - 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 1 handful of sprouts
 
PASSI
Julienne the cucumber and bell pepper into long strips of equal length.
Warm the smoked chicken breast and julienne it into long strips of equal length.
Cut the seaweed sheets into thirds. Place sprouts, cucumber, bell pepper, and chicken breast on the cut seaweed in order, then roll tightly.
Serve as is or dip lightly in soy sauce for added flavor.
