INGREDIENTI
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups washed rice
 
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
 
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
 - 🥕 30g julienned carrot
 - 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
Chestnuts
- 🌰 10 peeled chestnuts
 
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
Liquid
- 💧 Water, as needed
 
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
 - 🧂 1 tsp sugar
 - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tsp grated ginger
 
PASSI
Slice shiitake mushrooms and julienne the carrot.
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and add pork belly.
Add chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Place washed rice, seasonings, and water into the rice cooker. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Add the stir-fried mixture on top of the rice and cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, mix everything together, serve in bowls, and garnish with chopped green onion.
