INGREDIENTI

- 🥬 1.5 handfuls cabbage
 - 🍤 1 handful shrimp
 - 1/2 green chili, chopped
 - 1/2 red chili, chopped
 - A small amount of cooking oil
 
Batter Ingredients
- 2/3 cup pancake flour
 - 💧 1/2 cup water
 - 🥚 1 egg
 - 1 tbsp fish sauce
 - 1 tbsp starch
 
PASSI
Thinly slice the cabbage using a slicer.
Mix the sliced cabbage with chopped green chili, red chili, pancake flour, water, egg, and fish sauce to create the batter.
Add 1 tbsp of starch to the batter and mix again.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and pour a ladle of batter onto the pan.
Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
