- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
Eggs
- 🥚 4 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Flour
- 1 tbsp pancake mix
PASSI
Thinly slice the cabbage (200g) and rinse it with water.
Thinly slice the carrot.
Separate the egg whites and yolks from 3-4 eggs.
In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, egg whites, salt, pancake mix (10g), and 1 whole egg.
Heat a pan and place the cabbage mixture in the center, shaping it into a round pancake.
Place an egg yolk in the center of the pancake and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Store leftover cabbage mixture in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
