INGREDIENTI
- Vegetables - 1/8 head cabbage
- 🥔 1 large potato
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🧅 1/4 onion
 
- Protein - 50g bacon
- 2 cans scallops in water
 
- Dairy - 🥛 1000ml milk
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
 
- Staples - 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp oil
 
- Seasoning - 1 cube consomme
- 1 pinch sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
 
PASSI
Cut all vegetables into 1cm cubes for even cooking.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté bacon until slightly crispy.
Add chopped vegetables and cook until slightly softened.
Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and mix well.
Add butter and stir until melted, then pour in milk gradually.
Add canned scallops with their liquid and bring to a gentle simmer.
Season with consomme, sugar, and salt, adjusting to taste.
Cook for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender and soup thickens.
