INGREDIENTI
- Rice - 🍚 300g cooked white rice
 
- Egg - 🥚 2 onsen eggs
 
- Fermented Foods - 90g natto (2 packs)
 
- Condiments - 2 tsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp aonori (green seaweed flakes)
 
- Dairy - 🧈 10g salted butter
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Pinch of salt
 
- Toppings - Chopped nori (to taste)
 
PASSI
In a bowl, mix the cooked white rice, butter, and a pinch of salt until the butter melts and is evenly combined.
In a separate container, mix the natto, ponzu soy sauce, and aonori until well combined.
