INGREDIENTI

- 🍗 5 chicken thighs
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 onions, chopped

- 🧈 60g butter
- 🧄 2/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
Sauces
- 🍅 1 cup tomato puree
- 120ml coconut milk
- 120ml plain yogurt

- 3 tbsp cooking oil
PASSI
Debone the chicken thighs if necessary and chop the onions finely.
In a large pan or pot, melt butter and cooking oil together.
Add the chicken, minced garlic, and chopped onions to the pan and sauté.
Add salt, curry powder, ginger powder, and chili powder, then continue to sauté.
Pour in the tomato puree and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add plain yogurt and coconut milk in equal proportions, stirring to combine.
Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
